As you can see, today's topic will be about, wait for it... Food! I bet you never guessed that, did you? (Hints of sarcasm) As you can see from the picture, one of my favourite types of food is western food. It is scrumptious and fills my stomach. However, if you want to tuck in to a good meal of western food, bring money. Western food do not come cheap and some meals can cost up to ten dollars! Wow, that's a lot of money! Western food may not be healthy, but it sure isn't healthy for the wallet.

This is why I have other favourite types of food, like mixed vegetable rice, which in my opinion, is the healthiest food you can get, besides salad. Basically, I prefer eating a wide variety of food. Eating too much of the same food may make you bored of eating it. I suggest that you should be more daring and be more willing to try other types of food. Who knows, you may even like it!

I would not go on about how food is essential to us in our lives because that will result in many cliches that may have been heard too often. Just remember, have a healthy and balanced diet with two servings of vegetables and fruits, etc. A helpful tip would be, and I quote, "Eat right for your blood type."

Quote of the Day

If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.
-Anne Bradstreet (1612 - 1672)
